Mr. Pearson has experience on a wide range of geotechnical, environmental, and materials testing projects. His geotechnical experience includes foundation investigations for single houses to multistory high rise office buildings throughout Arizona. He has also complete soils investigations for highways, roadways, utilities, and bridges. Mr. Pearson's environmental experience includes environmental site assessments, compliance audits, asbestos surveys, property condition assessments, underground storage tank corrective actions, remedial investigations, feasibility studies, risk assessments, and soil and groundwater remediation in various states. He has worked on a wide range of construction observation and materials testing projects from residential subdivisions to large commercial complexes. His broad background has prepared him to explain complex technical issues in simple and clear terms. He has expert witness experience on geotechnical, materials testing, and environmental projects. Mr. Pearson is on Arizona's State Board of Technical Registration for engineers and geologists.
