Mr. Guerra is a registered professional engineer with experience and a diverse background in geotechnical engineering, construction materials engineering, and construction materials testing. His experience encompasses the full spectrum of the geotechnical and materials fields having performed field and laboratory testing as a technician and lead technician early in his career. He has developed project-specific materials testing programs, developing geotechnical design recommendations, managed large field and laboratory department operations, and provided materials engineering expertise on numerous projects in the Phoenix Metropolitan Area and the Southwest. His laboratory experience includes evaluation of concrete, mortar, and grout; concrete masonry and clay brick/tiles; manufactured aggregates; soil; cements; and pozzolans. His experience includes developing mix designs for Portland cement concrete and asphalt concrete.
