Ms. Fowler is a registered professional engineer (Chemical) in Arizona. During her years of working experience with GEC, Ms. Fowler has supervised a variety of environmental services, including Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs); development and implementation of work plans to characterize potential subsurface soil impact from various chemicals such as solvents, petroleum products, heavy metals, and pesticides; groundwater well installation, development, and sampling; soil remediation; waste testing and characterization; preparation of annual Toxic Chemical Release Inventory Reports (Form Rs), Facility Annual Reports (FARS), and hazardous material inventories (Tier IIs); Underground and Leaking Underground Storage Tank (UST/LUST) investigations; and drywell closures. Her project experience as a Project Manager includes site assessments/investigations; over 500 Phase I and Phase II's; and UST closures, LUST assessments, and drywell closures for a variety of private and public clients.
