Mr. LeBlanc's specialties include site delineation, regulatory compliance, and waste management. He has performed multiple site investigations with the final goal being to develop site remedial options. His efforts have lead to the successful closure of multiple sites in Arizona and Alaska. He has worked with both State and Federal regulatory requirements to achieve his client's needs. As a Project Manager, Mr. LeBlanc has overseen and provided technical support on projects under RCRA, CERCLA, OSHA, CWA and TSCA. He has completed numerous environmental site assessments, environmental baseline surveys, compliance audits, soil and groundwater investigations, and remediation projects. Additional Training includes: Confined Space Training; OSHA Hazardous Waste Site Manager's Training; First Aid and CPR Training with Updates; Sandia Risk Assessment Methodology for Water Vulnerability.
