Mr. Kurtz has a diverse background in construction materials testing, special inspection, and civil design. His experience encompasses the full spectrum of the field observations, monitoring, and testing; special inspections and testing; laboratory testing; and civil design early in his career progressing to managing materials field and laboratory services, and project management. He has provided materials engineering expertise on numerous projects in the West and Southwest. He has provided engineer of record services on numerous projects in Arizona. Mr. Kurtz is well versed in all aspects of construction observation and materials testing.
