Mr. Owens is a registered professional engineer with experience on a wide variety of geotechnical, environmental, and materials testing projects. Mr. Owens' experience on these projects includes client contact, developing site investigation plans, preparation of proposals and cost estimates, directing and conducting field investigations, installation of piezometers and groundwater observation wells, directing and performing laboratory testing, and preparation of technical reports. He has worked on a variety of geotechnical investigations with recommendations for a variety of development ranging from residential houses to large commercial facilities. His environmental experience includes Phase I, II, and III ESAs, soil and groundwater investigations, UST corrective actions, design of storage and containment facilities, preparation of plans and specifications for remediation systems, implementing remedial actions, and interaction with attorneys and regulatory agencies.
