Peter Allard, P.E., C.I.H.

B.S.-Chemical Engineering, Villanova, 1960; Graduate Study in Chemical Engineering, Arizona State University, 1967-1971

Mr. Allard is a registered professional engineer and certified industrial hygienist with experience on a wide variety of chemical and environmental projects for municipal, governmental, industrial, commercial and institutional clients.  He has been involved in air pollution modeling and industrial hygiene assessments including indoor air quality issues, asbestos, lead-based paint, and mold.  Mr. Allard has assisted with completion of Phase I and II ESAs, and he has conducted risk  assessments on a variety of facilities and  contaminants.  Mr. Allard is currently or has been a member of the Arizona Comparative  Environmental Risk Project (ACERP) Human Health Technical Committee, the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ) Soil Cleanup Standards/Policy Task Force, the Maricopa Association of Governments (MAG) Air Quality Technical Committee, and the Arizona Indoor Air Quality Advisory Council.
