SCOPE OF SERVICES:

GEC's expertise at thorough historic research proved invaluable to the environmental assessment at this site.  During the investigation, we discovered many underground features including fuel tanks, the remnants of a bomb shelter, and many basements filled with debris.  Thorough assessments gave OPUS the ability to move forward with the first building phase of this downtown complex.  Our services included Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessment; Demolition Asbestos Survey; Tank Removal/Remediation; and Indoor Asbestos Air Sampling and Testing.
