DESCRIPTION: GEC provides various consulting services to RED Development and their partners on the exciting Cityscape multi-use high-rise development in downtown Phoenix, Arizona.

SCOPE OF SERVICES:

Environmental and Geotechnical Engineering

GEC's services include Phase I and II environmental site assessments; demolition asbestos survey and consultation; environmental and geotechnical construction observation and testing; permitting services; contracting and oversight of archaeological testing; and general site management services on an as needed basis.  By the time this project is complete, GEC's full scope of services will assist RED Development from the ground down and then back up again!
