Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs)
Transaction screens and Phase I ESAs exceeding ASTM's requirements; site reconnaissances; general evaluations; review of previous assessments; asbestos, lead-based paint, and/or radon surveys; Phase II ESAs involving a wide variety of investigations, sampling, and testing; and Phase III ESAs including corrective actions and risk assessments. We specialize in conducting thorough historical reviews of sites. The thorough historic review often saves our clients thousands of dollars of unnecessary Phase II investigative cost. They have also identified potential environmental issues normally not discovered by less comprehensive reviews.
Environmental Compliance Audits
